Terms of participation

Acceptance and eligibility

By using this site or reserving a session, you accept these terms. Participants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate booking information. If you do not agree, do not use the booking enquiry or attend a session.

Education, not investment advice

Our workshops teach chart interpretation using historical examples. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or personalised financial advice; manage funds; execute trades; or promise results. Trading and investing can result in loss. You remain responsible for every market decision.

Reservations and conduct

A reservation is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and receive the stated deposit or fee. Participants must respect the venue, instructor, and other attendees. We may remove a person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or violates another participant’s privacy.

Intellectual property

Endpoint Fieldhub owns its workbooks, chart annotations, lesson structure, site copy, and original graphics. A paid participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. Recording, resale, publication, classroom reuse, or distribution requires written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, lost profit, or decisions made from educational material. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Our aggregate liability for a session-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts with jurisdiction in Makati City will hear disputes, after the parties first attempt good-faith resolution.
