Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Refund and rescheduling terms for Endpoint Fieldhub intensives, chart clinics, and private instruction.

If you cancel

For a full-day intensive, cancel at least seven calendar days before the session for a full refund, including the deposit. Cancellation three to six days before receives a 50% refund of amounts paid. Less than three days before, the reservation deposit is non-refundable, though any balance paid above it is returned.

Chart Review Clinic fees are fully refundable until 72 hours before the start. Later clinic cancellations are non-refundable because chart selection and critique preparation have begun. A private session’s deposit is refundable until five calendar days before the appointment; after that point, completed preparation time is deducted and any remainder returned.

Rescheduling and no-shows

One transfer to another published date is allowed when requested at least 72 hours in advance and a seat is available. Private appointments may be moved once with two business days’ notice. A no-show or arrival too late to participate safely is not refundable.

You may transfer a seat to another eligible adult before materials are personalised. Email the replacement’s name in advance.

If we cancel

If Endpoint Fieldhub cancels, choose a full refund or transfer to another date. We are not responsible for unrelated travel, accommodation, lost work time, or trading costs. If severe weather or an official safety direction prevents an in-person meeting, we will offer rescheduling, a suitable remote format, or a refund.

Request and timing

Email contact@endpoint-fieldhub.click with the participant name, session date, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–10 business days; bank processing may add time. Purchased third-party materials are deducted only when they were specifically approved, ordered for you, and cannot reasonably be reused.

Statutory rights and exceptional cases involving serious illness or emergencies remain unaffected and are considered fairly with reasonable documentation.
