What we collect and why
We receive the name, email, session preference, optional experience range, and message you submit. We use these details to answer enquiries, assess session fit, administer reservations, keep required financial records, and resolve concerns. We also retain your cookie choice in your browser.
Our grounds include steps requested before a service, performance of a booking agreement, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in securing and improving our operations. We do not ask for brokerage credentials or sensitive financial records.
Retention and sharing
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking, attendance, payment, and tax records are retained for up to ten years where Philippine requirements apply. We share only what is necessary with hosting, email, venue, and professional service providers under appropriate safeguards.
Some providers may process information outside the Philippines. Where an international transfer occurs, we use contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the destination and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Your rights
Subject to lawful limits, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or information about processing; object where applicable; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the National Privacy Commission.
